GENERAL
Please read the following conditions carefully. By placing a commission request, you acknowledge that you have agreed to this Terms of Service.PAYMENTS
♥ Payment must be made full before I begin.
♥ Listed prices are base prices. Extra fees may apply for complex designs, detailed props, backgrounds, or additional characters.
♥ All commissions requested or processed through VGen must be paid exclusively through VGen.REVISIONS
♥ Please provide clear visual references and describe the pose, expression, colours, and overall mood you would like. Otherwise, I'll take full creative freedom when designing your commission.
♥ I will send a sketch for approval before finishing the artwork.
♥ Up to two minor revisions are included during the sketch stage.
♥ Major changes after the sketch has been approved, such as changing the pose, outfit, character, or composition, will cost extra.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
♥ Depending on where you are on the waiting list, my usual turnaround time is 1 to 4 weeks. However, it may take up to 2 months depending on the number of commissions ahead of you.
♥ If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before placing your order. Rush commission may require and additional fee.
♥ I will notify you as soon as possible if there are any unexpected delays.
♥ Please note that delayed responses from the client may also affect the delivery time.USE
♥ The price listed are for personal use only.
♥ You may use the artwork as a profile picture, banner, wallpaper, or post in on social media. Please credit me (@miyukiverse) whenever possible.
♥ Commercial usage requires an additional licensing fee:
Content: + 50% of the original price
Merchandising: + 150% of the original priceINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
♥ I retain all copyright and ownership of the artwork.
♥ You may not claim the artwork as your own, trace it, heavily edit it, or redistribute it without my permission.
♥ Under no circumstances may my artwork be used for AI training, NFTs, cryptocurrency projects, blockchain-related content, or similar technologies.REFUNDS
♥ A full refund is available if I have not started your commission.
♥ Once work has begun, refunds will be partial based on the amount of work completed.
♥ Refunds are not available after the final artwork has been completed.
♥ If I am unable to complete your commission, you will receive a full refund.COMMUNICATION
♥ Please communicate respectfully throughout the commission process.
♥ Delayed replies from the client may result in a delayed delivery.
♥ I reserve the right to decline or cancel a commission if I receive inappropriate, disrespectful, or abusive behaviour.
